The Heat Eye Lash Curler is battery operated with a temperature-sensitive silicon pad that changes color when it is ready to be used.
DIRECTIONS:
Open the battery cover and insert 2 "AAA" batteries. (not included)
Push and hold the green lever in front, you will notice a green light go on.
When the silicon pad turns clear, it is ready to be used.
Repeat steps 2-4 until lashes are at desired curliness.
