Please note that our host site only has the option of charging your credit card UPON ORDER. We do not have the option of holding your card until shipment. We understand this is not the practice for all online ordering ~ at this time, however, it's only option available to us.
Our Return Policy
It is our desire for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. At this time, however, we do not accept returns. If your item was damaged during shipping, please contact us and we will replace the item free of charge. If the item has been used but not damaged, we will not accept the return at this time.

You will reach a voice-mail ~ please leave a message and we'll get right back to you. There will be a 20% restocking fee on all cancelled orders that have already been shipped.
Please allow 1-3 weeks for shipping. Some orders ship out within days ~ others take longer, it depends on the product. If you have any questions about whether your item is in stock or how long shipping will take, please feel free to contact us!!
